The Challenge

Schneider Electric had several internal management tools that were outdated and problematic. They were seeking technical support to maintain these tools and develop new ones to streamline their internal workflow and customer communication.

Our role was twofold - to manage existing tools and develop new ones. We took over the international technical support for three of Schneider Electric's internal management tools. Alongside maintaining the existing tools, we also started working on new ones to enhance their business flow and customer interaction.

We developed a bespoke iPad application, thought of as a compact CRM/ERP. The design focused on ease-of-use, ensuring crucial information was easily accessible, and orders could be placed without hassle.

WCSENSOR, a no-touch restroom solution, needed a suite of applications, a website, and an administrative panel to aid in billing and quote generation.

We designed and developed iOS and Android applications using Swift and Kotlin respectively. Furthermore, we created an interactive website and a comprehensive administrative panel.

WCSENSOR is now gaining traction in major hotels and shopping centers, becoming a reference for no-touch solutions in the COVID era, and promoting water and cost savings.


The Challenge

Despite its history and local presence, TaxiVespa faced serious technological challenges. Their website and internal servers, which are essential for their operations, were vulnerable to security issues, having even suffered a hacking incident. They were in search of a reliable and secure solution for their technological needs.

The Technical Approach

Our strategy was to provide solid technical support to TaxiVespa. We took care of managing and maintaining their website and internal servers. We implemented security measures to protect their website and internal technological infrastructure from future threats.

The Impact Created

Since we took over technical maintenance, TaxiVespa has experienced a significant improvement in the stability and security of their infrastructure. The frequency of technical issues has notably decreased, allowing them to focus on what they do best: offer excellent Vespa products and services to their customer base.

TAXIVESPA

TaxiVespa is a prominent family business established in the 60s in Barcelona, recognized as one of the local emblems in the sale and repair of Vespas. Founded by Antonia Cirera and Fernando Medall, who dedicated their lives to the world of Vespa and later Scooters, the company has successfully adapted to the evolution and needs of the market. Inheriting the knowledge and passion of its founders, Antonia and Fernando's children continue to instill these values into the business. In 2010, they expanded their offering by opening a new and used motorcycle shop, accessories, and spare parts to further improve customer service.
